What is Iphtml?
▼
Iphtml is a global proxy network provider offering residential, datacenter, mobile, rotating, and static ISP proxies. We give developers and businesses fast, anonymous access to the web from real IP addresses across 220+ countries.
Which countries are covered?
▼
Our network spans 220+ countries and territories with 20,000+ city-level locations. Residential IPs cover virtually every major market including US, UK, EU, China, India, Brazil, and more.
Do I need technical knowledge to use Iphtml?
▼
No deep expertise required. After signing up you receive proxy credentials (host:port:user:pass) ready to paste into any app, browser, or script. Our docs provide integration examples for Python, Node.js, cURL, and more.
Is there a free trial?
▼
Yes. Contact our support team via live chat or email to request a free test allocation. We'll activate a small traffic quota so you can evaluate proxy quality before purchasing.
Proxy Types
4 questions
What is the difference between residential and datacenter proxies?
▼
Residential proxies use IPs assigned to real home internet connections, making them virtually indistinguishable from real users. Datacenter proxies use IPs from cloud servers — they are faster and cheaper but easier for websites to detect. Choose residential for stealth-sensitive tasks and datacenter for high-speed bulk operations.
What are rotating proxies?
▼
Rotating proxies automatically assign a new IP address on each request (or at a custom interval). This makes them ideal for large-scale scraping pipelines where continuous fresh IPs are required to avoid blocks.
What are static ISP proxies?
▼
Static ISP proxies are residential-grade IPs that stay assigned to your account indefinitely. Unlike rotating proxies, the IP never changes, making them perfect for account management and tasks requiring a persistent identity.
What protocols are supported?
▼
All proxy types support HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 protocols, ensuring compatibility with virtually any application, library, or automation framework.
Pricing & Billing
4 questions
Does traffic expire?
▼
No. Purchased traffic never expires. Once you top up, your bandwidth stays available until fully consumed — no expiry dates, no pressure.
What payment methods are accepted?
▼
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Alipay, USDT/USDC cryptocurrency, and various regional payment methods. For enterprise invoicing or wire transfer, please contact our sales team.
Can I get a refund?
▼
If you encounter quality issues within 24 hours of purchase and have used less than 10% of the allocated traffic, please contact support for a refund review. Custom/enterprise orders are subject to separate terms.
Are there volume discounts?
▼
Yes. Our per-GB rate drops automatically as your plan size increases, from $3/GB on the Starter plan down to $2/GB on the Scale plan and lower for enterprise. Contact sales for custom volume pricing.

How do I target a specific country or city?
▼
Append targeting parameters to your username: e.g. username-country-US for the United States, or username-city-London for a specific city. ISP targeting is also supported: username-isp-ATT. Full syntax is documented in the developer guide.
Is there a limit on concurrent connections?
▼
No concurrent limit on any plan. You can run as many parallel requests as your workflow needs without additional charges.
How do I use sticky sessions (same IP for multiple requests)?
▼
Add a session identifier to your username: username-session-abc123. All requests using the same session ID will be routed through the same IP for up to 10 minutes. This is available on residential and rotating plans.
What is the average response time / latency?
▼
Residential proxies average 200–800 ms depending on target location. Datacenter proxies typically achieve under 100 ms. Mobile proxies vary by carrier but are optimized for the lowest achievable latency on each network.
Which integrations and tools are supported?
▼
Iphtml works with any tool that supports standard HTTP/SOCKS5 proxies: Python (requests, Scrapy, Playwright), Node.js (axios, Puppeteer, Playwright), cURL, Postman, Selenium, AdsPower, Multilogin, GoLogin, and more.

Enterprise plans support multiple sub-accounts with individual usage limits and credentials. Contact our sales team to set up a multi-user organization.
How do I track my traffic usage?

Your dashboard shows real-time and historical bandwidth usage per proxy zone, per day, and per month. You can also access usage data via API for integration into your own monitoring pipelines.
Privacy & Legal
3 questions
Do you log user traffic?
▼
No. We do not log the content of your proxy requests. We only retain minimal metadata (timestamp, bandwidth consumed, target domain) required for billing and abuse prevention, subject to our Privacy Policy.
What are the acceptable use cases?
▼
Iphtml proxies may be used for legitimate data collection, research, SEO monitoring, ad verification, price intelligence, brand protection, and similar lawful activities. Activities that violate laws, platform terms of service, or our AUP are prohibited.
Are the residential IPs ethically sourced?
▼
Yes. Our residential IPs come from devices whose owners have opted in through legitimate software partnerships and are compensated for sharing their bandwidth. We comply with applicable data-privacy regulations including GDPR.
